You have the opportunity to choose the method of therapy. Will you pick an
online board game or a solo rpg? Maybe you will choose to talk.
Individual Sessions
Sessions will take place online in a private space with
access to an online board game space.
Empowering you to regain control of your mental well-
being through talking or via the medium of play.
The choice is entirely yours.

Hi, I’m Vix, a pluralistic counsellor based in the UK.
Working with clients of all ages, to offer a warm, compassionate, and flexible therapeutic space.
My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be as unique as each individual, drawing from a wide
range of techniques and models to meet each client’s specific needs.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity issues, or a journey of self-discovery, I provide
a safe and empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
I am committed to building a therapeutic relationship that honours your experiences, empowers personal growth,
and supports lasting change.
I value cultural sensitivity and work from a trauma-informed and person-centred perspective, with a deep respect
